Our Inspectors will conduct a thorough field inspection of your property. Upon completion, we provide a comprehensive and detailed Inspection Report with quality color photos of the property and building. We will report on the condition of all accessible areas of the property including the roof, foundations, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, stairs, driveways and walkways. Upon completion of the Property Inspection, we will review our findings with you including all defects. Upon completion, You will receive a detailed report for your use. 

*Pre Purchase Home Inspection

Our Field Inspection is a process which involves testing and operating all the items which you would typically use in your home and verify proper installation. Foundations and crawl spaces are inspected, Roofing materials and condition are noted, Windows and doors are operated, HVAC systems operated. The inspector  will operate the sinks and tubs, run the shower, and flush all toilets. We will take comprehensive notes and photographs of the condition of your property. Upon completion, we will review the findings with you and prepare a comprehensive report on the condition of your property.



*New Construction Inspection

Many homeowners have an inspection done at the completion of construction. This is typically done prior to your final walk through with the home-builder, and final payment is made. This will ensure that all utilities have been turned on and your home construction is complete and safe to live in.



*Pre-Warranty Expiration Inspections
